Putting the pieces of the puzzle
together, together
Therapeutic Approach
Using a primarily cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) paradigm, we work towards an understanding that one's thoughts, feelings and behaviors are interwoven. Only through shifting these thoughts/feelings/behaviors can one start to change these patterns and identify the maladaptive thoughts keeping the patterns in place.

About
I am a clinical psychologist who has been licensed in the state of Connecticut since 2005. I obtained my doctoral degree in clinical psychology in 2001 from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. In graduate school, I focused primarily on outpatient psychotherapy as well as testing with an emphasis on child/adolescent psychopathology. Since that time, I have broadened my experience to working with children, adolescents, families and adults in an outpatient setting. Currently, in addition to private practice, I spend part of my time doing behavioral assessments at the Connecticut Children's Medical Center (CCMC) in Hartford. There, I work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to evaluate children and adolescents with feeding disorders.
