Child

Child psychotherapy requires a different and unique level of support.  Therapy will include some therapeutic play in combination with the teaching of skills. Through the therapeutic process,  your child will become more independent in accessing newly learned coping skills to manage emotions and successfully improve functioning at home and in school.  Psychotherapy with your child is a collaborative effort.  Parent/guardian involvement and participation is key to successful outcomes.

Adolescent

Adolescents are not quite adults. They are moving along the continuum between childhood and adulthood.  Together with parental support, we will embark on a collaborative effort to work on your teen's struggles - whether it is anxiety, mood or behaviors that are keeping your teen from reaching his/her potential.

Adult

Therapy is a collaboration - you and only you are the expert on your own experience.  Our work together will help guide you on your personal journey of reaching your goals.  My primary role is providing a safe and supportive space in which we can explore feelings, fears, struggles and the obstacles that are keeping you from reaching your goals.  Together, we will work to establish healthy coping strategies you can use in the areas of your life that cause stress.
